Join us for a night of unforgettable fun at our 80s themed murder mystery night. Become part of the story as we work through the clues to determine who among us is the murderer.
Story synopsis: You’re about to make it big in the entertainment industry - a dream come true! When suddenly, disaster on set, and a fellow cast member winds up dead. It’s obvious that your fellow thespian did not take their own life, which leads to only one conclusion: Murder! Can you figure out who among your crew has committed such a crime?
This event is a 21+ aged party. We reserve the right to check ID. Costumes are encouraged, but not required.
No, these small parties are designed to get everyone off the sidelines and participating. Prior to the event you will be emailed a character assignment (all characters are non-gendered roles). You will be given some information about the character to help you through the evening. It is up to you to decide how much you want to become the character. While you give out clues to others, you’ll also be asking them for their clues to help you piece together who the real murderer is.
This is a low-key event and you do not have to be a great actor to enjoy the evening. Most people find after a few minutes they have a lot of fun.
As with all the events we host after-hours, this party is non-refundable. We use your funds to purchase supplies for the event. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a spot, you are free to sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
For this specific event, we will need to know if you sell your spot to someone else so that we can communicate any vital character information with them. Please contact blythebookspgh@gmail.com should you need to assign your ticket to someone else.
We need everyone’s contact information so that we can assign characters to each individual. You will need to purchase each person’s ticket individually or in our Double Bundle Group.
