How will you determine what books are in my bag? Do I have any say?
When you purchase this bag from us you will be asked to fill out a short survey that will help us align your reading preferences with our inventory. You will have say in what types of books we pick for you, but the final decision will be left to us. In general, we do our best to find books that are a little less known - so if you’re a Romantasy reader, don’t expect SJM in your bag.
When can I pick up my bag?
We’ll have a few dates for you to choose from when you check out. The date you choose is the first date that the bag will be ready for pickup. You can pick up your items once that date has arrived.
What’s the refund policy on this?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on the Summer Book Bag. Because we are tailoring items in each bag to each buyer, the bag is customized just for you.
Can I use store credit for this purchase?
No, store credit cannot be used for this item. Store credit is available to use on most items in our store, but we reserve the right to limit the use of store credit for customized items such as this.
